Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Talent Acquisition Senior Manager to drive the COE in a strategic direction across the globe. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership for the Talent Acquisition COE, establishing best practices, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across global TA operations
  • Play a key role in the enterprise-wide implementation, future optimization, and adoption of Workday Recruiting and associated TA technologies, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals and industry best practices
  • Drive program management for critical TA initiatives, including Employee Referral program, direct hire agency management, and interview scheduling (Blue tool), ensuring seamless execution, stakeholder engagement, and measurable results
  • Manage key centralized programs and maintain performance through analytics and reporting, leveraging data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
  • Build a direct hire agency management program from the ground up
  • Serve as a liaison between Talent Acquisition, HRIS/technology, and business leaders to assess needs, prioritize projects, and manage resources for TA programs
  • Oversee risk management, change management, and compliance efforts throughout project and program lifecycles, proactively identifying challenges and driving timely resolution.
  • Lead UX from a complete TA technology stack perspective for all impacted personas.
  • Develop and maintain process maps for the end-to-end global TA processes, and to use for change management and end-user adoption
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and post-implementation support to ensure optimal system performance and user experience
  • Continuous evolution of AI and Automation within our Talent Acquisition process and technology stack
  • Evaluation to future TA tools to ensure alignment, reduce redundancies, and evaluate for potential in-house build.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
