Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and visionary Leadership Development Associate to support the training and advancement of future leaders within our organization. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent development, strategic planning, and creating a positive impact on organizational growth.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and executing leadership training programs and workshops
Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to support leadership development goals
Collaborate with department heads to identify talent development opportunities
Conduct research and stay informed on best practices in leadership and professional development
Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements
Facilitate coaching sessions and mentor entry-level team members
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in talent development, organizational behavior, or a related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Passion for leadership, growth, and learning initiatives
