- Proficiency in payroll system integrations and equity tax withholding
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling and data reconciliation skills
- Experience with cap table management and equity transaction lifecycles
- Excellent written and verbal communication to explain complex equity concepts
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail for accurate equity operations
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily equity plan operations including grant processing, option exercises, cancellations, and cap table updates
- Build and optimize processes for equity transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage monthly equity reconciliations and equity reporting
- Lead demographic and payroll system integrations to streamline equity operations
- Develop and implement automated tax rate calculations and payroll integrations
- Create scalable workflows to support headcount growth and global expansion
- Provide high-touch employee support and clear communications about equity compensation
- Execute equity tax calculations and ensure timely, accurate tax withholding and reporting
- Document standard operating procedures for all equity operations
- Design processes to support transition to public company equity requirements
- Advise managers and employees on equity-related questions and programs
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
