Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers focused on Engineering
- Collaborate with Engineering leadership to align recruiting resources to business priorities
- Partner with recruiting leadership to design and execute employer branding and sourcing strategies
- Continuously improve team structure, processes, and candidate experience for scale and efficiency
- Use data and metrics to identify opportunities, report outcomes, and drive recruiting decisions
- Act as a cross-functional recruiting leader within the broader talent organization
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
- Continued learning mindset; relevant recruiting or HR certifications a plus
- No strict degree requirement—relevant experience can substitute for formal education
