- Excellent written and verbal communication for broad and senior-audience comms
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive decisions with limited guidance
- U.S. Person status required for access to export-controlled data
Responsibilities
- Own operational projects end-to-end from definition through implementation across the Intelligence Systems division
- Coordinate and drive global site expansions, acting as the central cross-functional touchpoint
- Partner with Corporate Operations and Revenue Operations to support annual planning and pipeline/forecast monitoring
- Design and stand up operational processes for Program Execution to enable program managers and ensure program profitability
- Run quick-turn analyses and build scalable data-driven solutions
- Project manage stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, HR, and Recruiting
- Lead special high-priority projects that fall outside standard organizational scopes
- Communicate broadly, including updates to senior leadership and large stakeholder groups
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred but not required
