Who We Are Looking For

We're searching for a highly driven, skilled manager with experience in service business operations and relationship management. The entrepreneurial spirit is essential to lead and significantly grow this business. The previous operator's responsibilities included strategic direction, financial performance monitoring, and management guidance.

Essential Qualifications

  • Industry Leadership: 10+ years of comprehensive experience in the service industry, with a proven track record of managing and scaling operations.

  • Operational Excellence: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with all aspects of a service business, including crew management, scheduling, project management, and ensuring high standards of customer service and quality.

  • Relationship Management: Demonstrated success in managing client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Restoration Experience (Preferred): Direct experience in the restoration industry (water, fire, or mold) is highly preferred, along with knowledge of the claims process and industry-specific protocols.

  • IICRC Certification (Preferred): A current IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certification is a significant plus.

  • Financial & Business Management: Significant experience in monitoring and guiding financial performance, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, and strategic planning.
