Visa’s Corporate Functions People Team is seeking an experienced Senior Director, People Business Partner to support a number of sub-functions of the Global Finance Organization. The successful candidate for this role is client centric and comfortable navigating challenging forces in a fast-paced, dynamic payments space within an ever-changing environment. Basic Qualifications
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD

15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience
12+ years of human resources leadership with exposure to an innovative, agile business, one that continues to reinvent their business proposition. Industry is open with a preference for a global technology company. Multi-company experience known for HR excellence is strongly preferred.
