Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include managing HR service requests, handling leave and benefits administration, and maintaining standard operating procedures to ensure HR efficiency.
Skills: Candidates should possess 3-5 years of HR operations experience, strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency with HRIS systems, particularly Rippling.
Qualifications: Ideal applicants will demonstrate a commitment to confidentiality, have experience with employee inquiries, and be capable of working remotely while managing flexible hours.
Location: This is a remote position with a requirement for a home office located anywhere in the U.S., and it includes 1-2 required trips per year for organizational events.
Compensation: $40 - $40 / Hourly
