A1 Garage Door Service is growing fast, and we need a strategic, people-first leader to guide our HR Business Partner team across corporate and field operations. This is your chance to drive talent management, leadership development, and a consistent employee experience across 20+ states.

What You’ll Do
✨ Lead & develop HRBPs to support corporate and field leaders
✨ Partner with executives on org design, workforce planning & change initiatives
✨ Oversee employee relations, investigations, PIPs, and multi-state compliance
✨ Drive talent programs: succession planning, calibration, leadership development
✨ Support M&A integration & new site launches
✨ Build clear, timely communications for leaders and employees

What You Bring
āœ… 8+ years of progressive HR leadership (HRBP oversight required)
āœ… Proven success in corporate + multi-site/field environments
āœ… Strong employee relations & talent management expertise
āœ… Excellent communication & influence skills
āœ… Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s/Cert preferred)
