What Youāll Do
⨠Lead & develop HRBPs to support corporate and field leaders
⨠Partner with executives on org design, workforce planning & change initiatives
⨠Oversee employee relations, investigations, PIPs, and multi-state compliance
⨠Drive talent programs: succession planning, calibration, leadership development
⨠Support M&A integration & new site launches
⨠Build clear, timely communications for leaders and employees
What You Bring
ā
8+ years of progressive HR leadership (HRBP oversight required)

Proven success in corporate + multi-site/field environments
ā
Strong employee relations & talent management expertise
ā
Excellent communication & influence skills
ā
Bachelorās degree in HR, Business, or related field (Masterās/Cert preferred)
