Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage a high volume of interviews for candidates and hiring teams
- Serve as primary candidate point of contact, providing timely updates and answering inquiries
- Manage and track background checks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion
- Post job descriptions, manage applications in the ATS, and maintain recruiting materials
- Prepare and deliver offer letters and new-hire documents
- Coordinate candidate travel and logistics as needed
- Support planning and execution of recruiting events
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and records across systems
- Identify process improvements to enhance candidate experience and recruiting efficiency
- Perform other related duties to support the recruiting team
Education
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR required
- Experience using ATS or CRM products required
- No specific degree required; equivalent work experience accepted
