Responsibilities
- Assist with job analysis, validation studies, and assessment implementation for technical roles
- Analyze product and assessment data (scores, completion times, usage patterns) to generate actionable insights
- Prepare reports, slide decks, and deliverables for customers and internal stakeholders
- Develop scalable tools, templates, and protocols to support professional services operations
- Conduct background research and data analysis to inform product strategy and thought leadership
- Collaborate with experienced I-O psychologists and cross-functional Go-to-Market teams
Education
- Currently enrolled PhD student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with ABD status (coursework and comprehensive exams completed)
- Demonstrable coursework in psychometrics, validation, and research methods
