Job Description
Messa Sync is seeking a driven and strategic Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team in Tampa. In this role, you will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement training programs, support succession planning, and enhance team performance through leadership initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and delivery of leadership development programs

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify leadership skill gaps

  • Support organizational development strategies and succession planning efforts

  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to coordinate training logistics

  • Track program effectiveness and recommend improvements

  • Provide coaching and mentoring support to emerging leaders

  • Maintain updated documentation of training materials and reports

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in leadership training, talent development, or related HR function

  • Strong understanding of leadership development frameworks and performance management

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
