Vice President, Partners and Alliances (Remote)

We’re a growing team, and as we scale, so does our need to focus on expanding our Partner Success team. You’ll be joining a people-focused company, and as the Vice President, Partners and Alliances, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and scaling our partner success ecosystem (Sales, Partner Development, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services) to ensure a high-quality partner function from sourced revenue through to effective delivery.


THE OPPORTUNITY
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Vendavo’s partner program.
  • Identify and onboard strategic partners that align with Vendavo’s business imperatives
  • Partner with internal functional teams –including delivery and sales - to develop scalable frameworks and processes for partner engagement, onboarding, technical enablement, and delivery assurance excellence.
  • Collaborate internally to design and oversee partner onboarding, training, and technical enablement programs to ensure partners are adequately equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary for successful implementation and support.
  • Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partner performance, solution quality, and program effectiveness. Utilize scorecards and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement co-sell and co-delivery models
  • .Drive partner support scalability by building a robust support framework that empowers partners to manage technical issues independently, with Vendavo support for critical escalations.
  • Oversee strategic initiatives to enhance partner value delivery, solution quality, and customer outcomes.
  • Act as an advocate for partners within Vendavo, ensuring their needs are communicated effectively across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Utilize scorecards and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to drive partner engagement improvements, track partner performance, and ensure alignment with Vendavo’s quality standards.
  • Foster a collaborative culture that supports open communication and continuous learning.


THE SKILL SET
  • 10+ years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or a related role in the software/technology industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing partner programs that drive revenue and operational success.
  • Experience with scaling partner programs
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a history of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with SaaS, enterprise software solutions, or pricing and profitability management is a plus.
  • Proven ability to scale partner delivery programs and drive consistent, high-quality outcomes.
  • Industry experience with commercial systems (ERP, CRM, CLM, CPQ, etc).

The national minimum salary is $200,000 base + commission and benefits. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
