We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing team. This is a hunter role, ideal for someone who thrives in a high-activity environment and is passionate about making connections, driving awareness, and supporting a mission-driven sales team.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting from our base of existing clients as well as from targeted lists, scheduling trainings and meetings for our Account Executives and Account Managers, and ensuring a seamless process from outreach to attendance. Your day-to-day will primarily involve a high volume of phone calls, with additional communication via email and text. You’ll also play a vital role in building relationships with agents and brokers, supporting their success through education and engagement.
This role will report directly to the Director of Sales and is a full-time, remote role. NYC-based candidates have the option to work hybrid in our HQ at One World Trade.
Prospect agents and broker teams from curated targeting lists
Schedule team trainings, product demos, and intro meetings for Account Executives
Input notes, confirm attendance, and ensure meetings show up on AE calendars
Follow up to ensure scheduled meetings are attended and productive
Collaborate with AEs and Sales Leadership to optimize outreach strategies
Maintain detailed records and activity tracking in our CRM, HubSpot
Support the team in driving awareness, building relationships, and educating clients
Additional responsibilities over time such as follow-up on applications or special initiatives
1+ years in a similar SDR, appointment-setting, or inside sales role
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM required
Highly-motivated self-starter with a hunter mentality
Excellent communication skills — phone-first, with strong email and text etiquette
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing outreach and follow-up
Team player who is excited to contribute to a mission-driven sales culture
Strong client-first mindset with a passion for creating great experiences

The on-target earnings (OTE) for this position ranges from $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 (annually).
Compensation may vary outside the listed range, based on a number of factors including but not limited to location, qualifications, performance, skills, and experience. The compensation range listed is just one component of Notable’s total compensation package for employees. Total compensation packages, depending on the position, may also include short or long-term incentive compensation (e.g. bonus and/or commission) as well as equity.
