What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the trusted guide for prospective buyers navigating the Vantage Homes experience—from touring model homes to closing.
  • Leverage Vantage’s personalized designs to help buyers build homes that reflect their lifestyle.
  • Collaborate with Vantage’s support teams to ensure every client feels heard and confident throughout their purchase journey.
  • Tap into local networks and marketing strategies to attract motivated buyers to Vantage’s communities.

What You Bring:

  • A proven track record (2+ years) in sales, real estate, or customer service, with consistent high performance.
  • Hungry to sell, build relationships, and deliver unforgettable experiences.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM systems—and excited to embrace design software and buyer communication tools.
  • Ready to work onsite (including weekends), flexible, and fully licensed (or willing to get licensed during training).
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and necessary insurance.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive uncapped commission structure, plus draw—total earnings typically range from $80,000–$130,000+ annually.
