Responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
- Lead by example on the sales floor and coach associates to build client relationships and maximize retention
- Deliver a customer-first experience and maintain strong NPS/service evaluation scores
- Support and contribute to a technology-led in-store experience
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, tracking inbound/outbound product, and BOH fulfillment metrics
- Support loss prevention initiatives and informal training related to shrink reduction
- Manage store operational procedures and weekly workflow
- Support merchandising presentation standards and provide feedback on product performance and allocation
- Onboard new hires and provide in-the-moment coaching to improve associate performance
- Foster a professional, healthy, and productive work environment
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- College coursework or degree preferred but not required
