Responsibilities
- Measure and monitor store sales performance and take action to improve results
- Own operational execution to achieve revenue targets while managing budget and expenses
- Lead the sales floor and deliver an exceptional, brand-driven customer experience
- Coach, train, hire, and develop store team members and manage day-to-day performance
- Create schedules to balance sales coverage with payroll goals
- Maintain inventory accuracy, controls, and loss prevention practices
- Manage merchandising, visual presentation, and in-store product placement
- Provide regular feedback to corporate partners on product and sales performance
- Ensure facility maintenance, organization, and adherence to concept standards
- Manage performance processes including reviews, development plans, and corrective action
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred
