Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals consistently
- Lead by example to generate clientele and maximize customer retention through engagement and relationships
- Run the sales floor to deliver a customer-first experience and maintain high NPS/service evaluation scores
- Support a technology-led in-store experience that enhances customer interactions
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and oversee inbound/outbound inventory processes
- Track BOH fulfillment, mis-pulls, cycle counts and inventory accuracy; take corrective action with leadership
- Contribute to loss prevention efforts, set expectations and provide informal training
- Maintain store operational procedures and weekly workflows
- Support merchandising presentation standards and train staff on execution
- Provide real-time and weekly feedback on sales, product performance and allocation
- Onboard new hires and provide in-the-moment coaching to improve associate performance
- Foster a professional, healthy and productive work environment
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Post-secondary coursework or related retail management training preferred but not required
