Responsibilities
- Measure and monitor store sales performance and take action to improve results
- Own operational execution to meet revenue, budget and payroll targets
- Deliver an elevated, sustainability-focused client experience and represent the brand
- Lead the sales floor, coach in the moment, and build loyal client relationships
- Optimize scheduling to balance sales coverage and payroll goals
- Maintain inventory accuracy, loss prevention controls, and facility presentation
- Lead merchandising presentation, visual standards, and product placement
- Provide product and sales feedback to corporate partners to influence allocations
- Manage hiring, training, performance reviews, development plans, and disciplinary actions
- Drive team engagement, recognition, and culture improvements in partnership with the Regional Director
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
