Amazing growth opportunities - I started about a year ago and I cannot tell you how many things I've gotten to touch. Customer Success, Onboarding, Small to Enterprise clients, Product and Leading a team. I understand that I got there pretty early, but I can genuinely say that even today, people get a ton of responsibility. 2. Contribution - I can point at things in the product that I suggested. The company really listens to feedback and everyone can influence. 3. Leadership - Management are great and really care about employees 4. Growth - Company has been growing like crazy and it's amazing to be part of company that is exploding. 5. People - The thing I hear from new employees most is how nice people are.
