Sales Development Representative for a US-Real Estate Media (Remote Part-Time)

Paired is an innovative staffing and recruiting company that connects top-tier talent with remote job opportunities across various industries. We are currently collaborating with a vibrant US-based Real Estate Media company that is looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team on a remote part-time basis.

As a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, generate interest in the company's media services, and set up qualified appointments for the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in sales while working remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold outreach and cold calls to a provided list of 300 prospects (real estate agents, interior designers, hotel marketing teams, national home builders, property managers, tour operators, etc.).
  • Make at least 30 calls per day during working hours (9 am–1 pm MT, 3 days per week).
  • Promote and sell two main digital products; earn % bonus compensation for upsells and for sales beyond unit targets.
  • Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and position our media services as a “must-have.”
  • Track outreach and progress directly in the provided Google Sheet.
  • Participate in a cold call role play if required as part of the selection process.
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or appointment setting (required).
  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or service-based industries preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections and convert prospects.
  • Comfortable making high-volume cold calls and working to daily targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work remotely with reliable internet and equipment.
  • Experience with CRMs or sales tracking tools is a plus (Google Sheets will be used initially).
