Our technology merges IoT, Web3, and AI, empowering individuals to contribute weather data by hosting a station and earning our native $WXM token. This data fuels weather forecasts that help industries like agriculture, research, energy, insurance, and transportation.

We’re backed by leading global investors including Lightspeed Faction, Consensys Mesh, Placeholder, and Protocol Labs. Now, we're expanding into East Asia and looking for motivated Sales Agents to help us grow our reach.


About the Role


We’re hiring remote, part-time, commission-based SDRs in the US (preferably in states such as FL, Washington, CA, NY, TX) or any other state. You’ll identify and contact potential business customers—such as farms, insurers, research groups, and local governments—and offer them a chance to access more accurate weather data through our services.


This role is fully remote and highly flexible—perfect for professionals looking to earn extra income with independence.


Key Responsibilities


  • Promote and sell WeatherXM’s unique hyperlocal weather services.
  • Identify potential business customers and engage them through email, phone, or in-person meetings.
  • Generate and qualify leads or close full sales.
  • Track activity using a simple CRM system.
  • Report to the global team and collaborate on market strategy.


Requirements


  • Experience in sales, customer service, field marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable talking with clients and business owners.
  • Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently.


Bonus Points If You Have:


  • Experience selling tech, agricultural, or weather-related products.
  • Knowledge of regional climate challenges or data needs.
  • Background in startups or remote work environments.

This is a commission-only role with no fixed salary—but unlimited earning potential.
