Director of Channel Sales

Guardz is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup focused on protecting small and medium businesses with an all-in-one Secure & Insure platform. We are seeking a results-driven Director of Channel Sales to build, enable, and scale our global partner ecosystem — including distributors, marketplaces, VARs, MSPs and MSSPs — to accelerate partner-led revenue and long-term strategic relationships.

Skills

  • Proven channel sales and partner management experience
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience running demos and managing POC cycles
  • Ability to build and scale channel programs and joint GTM motions
  • Forecasting, KPI definition and performance reporting
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Comfort engaging with C-level partner executives

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and conduct daily sales calls with potential strategic partners and distributors.
  • Manage full partner sales cycle: discovery, demos, POCs, negotiations and deal closure.
  • Develop and execute a global channel strategy focused on scalable recruitment, enablement, and growth.
  • Own partner lifecycle: onboarding, technical enablement, joint GTM, and long-term revenue acceleration.
  • Establish scalable channel programs, demo playbooks, POC frameworks, and enablement tracks.
  • Set and achieve aggressive monthly and quarterly channel revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Act as executive liaison for key partners, building C-level relationships and joint business plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, marketing, product, CS, operations) to align resources and resolve partner issues.
  • Represent Guardz at industry and partner events to generate leads and strengthen relationships.
  • Implement structured reporting to track partner pipeline health, conversion metrics, and program ROI.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field
