Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Three (3) years of professional human resources experience in the areas of classification, compensation, or talent acquisition.
Other: Additional work experience as defined above may be substituted on a year for year basis for up to four (4) years of the required education.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of relevant regulatory, compliance, and employment laws.
Knowledge of human resources policies, procedures and best practices.
Skill in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
Ability to communicate effectively written and verbally.
Ability to work effectively with leaders and practitioners at all levels.
Ability to analyze data and provide insight and recommendations to stakeholders.
Ability to facilitate problem solving and approach client issues from a solution-oriented stance.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and work effectively under pressure.
Ability to assess and prioritize risks and issues and evaluate competing needs, while maintaining confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and with teams.
Preferences:
SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR, CCP, or other relevant certification.
Experience in a large, complex, and decentralized organization.
Experience with Workday HCM classification and compensation modules.
