Revenue Enablement Lead

Spring Health is a fast-growing, clinically validated mental health company on a mission to remove barriers to care for employees worldwide. The Revenue Enablement Lead will design, execute, and scale multi-quarter enablement programs that translate strategic priorities into measurable field behavior change, partnering closely with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to improve sales performance and quota attainment.

Skills

  • Design and deliver multi-quarter enablement programs
  • Expertise with sales methodologies (Command of the Message, MEDDICC)
  • Experience with conversation intelligence tools (e.g., Gong)
  • Data-driven root-cause analysis and measurement of enablement ROI
  • Coaching and facilitation skills for sales teams and managers
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering
  • Strong written and verbal communication for translating complex topics into action

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute enablement programs aligned to strategic revenue initiatives to drive repeatable field behaviors
  • Analyze call data, pipeline trends, and manager feedback to diagnose performance gaps and design targeted interventions
  • Create role-specific enablement content for account planning, discovery, and value-based selling
  • Operationalize reinforcement and best practices; measure knowledge retention and behavior adoption
  • Partner with Sales Managers to coach teams using call listening, role-plays, and data-driven insights
  • Run in-person and virtual trainings; coordinate reinforcement and assessments to demonstrate ROI
  • Track and report enablement impact on win rates, conversion metrics, and quota attainment

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Relevant certifications in sales training or enablement are a plus
