Senior Sales Enablement Manager

SOCi is a fast-growing AI-powered marketing SaaS trusted by hundreds of multi-location brands. The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will own strategy and execution of enablement programs—onboarding, ongoing training, playbooks, and tooling—to improve sales productivity, drive quota attainment, and align GTM teams across the organization.

Skills

  • 8+ years in sales enablement, training, or related GTM roles with leadership experience
  • Proven experience designing scalable enablement programs in SaaS or high-growth environments
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, Sandler, SPIN)
  • Hands-on experience with sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, Seismic)
  • Data-driven approach to measuring program impact and optimizing outcomes
  • Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, changing environment and working fully remote

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and lead end-to-end sales enablement programs including onboarding, continuous learning, and methodology adoption
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill and process gaps and create scalable enablement solutions
  • Design and deliver live workshops, virtual sessions, and on-demand training content
  • Drive adoption of sales methodologies, playbooks, and enablement tools
  • Create sales collateral, competitive positioning, and talk tracks with Product Marketing and RevOps
  • Ensure sellers have timely access to content and resources within enablement platforms
  • Define and track enablement KPIs (time to first deal, quota attainment, pipeline, win rates) and iterate based on data
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Customer Success, and Product to ensure aligned messaging and execution

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
