Mid Market Account Executive

Rithum is a leading commerce network powering brands, suppliers, and retailers to scale e-commerce operations and optimize multi-channel growth. We are looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to prospect, sell, and close mid-market eCommerce accounts on our SaaS platform, driving new revenue while building long-term relationships with retailers and brands.

Skills

  • 2+ years B2B sales experience selling to medium-sized companies
  • Proven SaaS or technology sales experience
  • Proficiency with enterprise CRM (preferably Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot)
  • Experience applying structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, Miller Heiman)
  • Strong outbound 'hunter' discipline and pipeline generation skills
  • Ability to nurture and expand accounts (farmer skills) for upsell/renewals
  • Excellent executive-level communication and demo delivery skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple active opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and generate leads in the mid-market eCommerce space via cold outreach, strategic prospecting, and multi-channel touchpoints.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Deliver tailored product demos via Microsoft Teams that demonstrate Rithum’s value for each client’s needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas through strategic territory/target account planning and execution.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive upsell and renewal opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast within CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ensure proposals and contracts align with client expectations and guide clients through implementation handoffs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, product, and marketing to support deal progression and client outcomes.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
