Job Summary:
Procurement Sciences (PSci.AI) is looking for an organized, proactive, and resourceful Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and close high-caliber candidates for both technical and business-focused roles. You will partner with hiring managers across multiple disciplines—including software engineering, product, sales, and business development—to build strong candidate pipelines, ensure a seamless interview experience, and help us scale our team with top performers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a proven track record recruiting for both technical and revenue-generating positions in technology, SaaS, or high-growth companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from developing job descriptions through sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
Source, engage, and assess candidates for a wide variety of positions, especially software engineers, technical product managers, SDRs, BDRs, and sales executives.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build ideal candidate profiles, and align on search strategies.
Deliver a positive, high-touch experience for every candidate, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a strong representation of Procurement Sciences’ values.
Develop and maintain effective sourcing strategies using a combination of direct outreach, referrals, networking, social media, and recruitment platforms.
Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS); track key recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate interview logistics, prepare interview panels, and facilitate debriefs and calibration sessions.
Assist with employer branding, campus outreach, diversity initiatives, and development of recruiting collateral as needed.
Stay current on best practices and trends in recruiting within SaaS, GovCon, and technology industries.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
3+ years of progressive experience as an in-house recruiter or agency recruiter for both technical (engineers, developers, product roles) and business/sales (BDR, SDR, sales executives) positions, preferably for SaaS, technology, or government-focused companies.
Solid understanding of technical role requirements (software stacks, product methodologies) and sales/business development competencies in enterprise and public sector environments.
Demonstrated success using modern sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g. Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar platforms).
Exceptional communication, persuasion, and organizational skills; strong judgment and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions with shifting priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.
Passion for candidate experience and the ability to represent Procurement Sciences’ mission, brand, and values to diverse audiences.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses and stock options.
Comprehensive health plan for employees and their families.
Flexible, remote-first work environment, with hybrid or onsite options in DC or Salt Lake City.
Opportunities for professional development, advancement, and impact in a high-growth startup.
