Technical Sourcer

Turing is a fast-growing AI company based in Palo Alto that partners with leading AI labs and enterprises to build advanced AI systems. They are seeking a Technical Sourcer to scale global engineering and product teams by identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of high-quality technical talent using creative, data-driven sourcing strategies.

Skills

  • Deep understanding of technical roles, skills, and hiring trends
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Gem) and Boolean/X-ray search
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities
  • Familiarity with ATS and CRM maintenance and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring requirements
  • Source technical candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean/X-ray search, Gem and other platforms
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines across multiple technical roles and levels
  • Craft tailored outreach messages and conduct initial screening conversations
  • Document candidate interactions and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
  • Monitor market trends and continuously refine sourcing strategies and tools

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • No specific degree required; hiring decisions based on relevant sourcing/recruiting experience
