Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring requirements
- Source technical candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean/X-ray search, Gem and other platforms
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines across multiple technical roles and levels
- Craft tailored outreach messages and conduct initial screening conversations
- Document candidate interactions and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
- Monitor market trends and continuously refine sourcing strategies and tools
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- No specific degree required; hiring decisions based on relevant sourcing/recruiting experience
