This Director of HR Partnership (HR Business Partner) opportunity will be based at Rust Medical Center (RMC) in Rio Rancho, NM, supporting RMC, cancer care and behavioral health.
The Director HRBP will provide strategic human resource consulting and ensures effective delivery of services to division executive partners. Acts as primary point of contact for corporate and/ or division level partners (e.g., senior executives) and works directly with division partner(s) and consults on strategic business/divisional issues and their human resource implications. Represents HR organization within the different Presbyterian Healthcare Services (PHS) business units.
This position is intended to be conducted in the state of New Mexico with on-site presence.
