Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leadership to design roles, division of labor, and structures for humans and AI agents to maximize GTM outcomes.
- Develop and execute AI-native talent strategy and workforce planning tied to business metrics like pipeline and quota attainment.
- Diagnose organizational health using qualitative and AI-augmented quantitative inputs to generate data-backed risk hypotheses and interventions.
- Design and lead complex, cross-functional organizational changes and scaling efforts with clear execution plans and governance.
- Coach and advise GTM executives on leadership effectiveness, team performance, culture evolution, and change management.
- Serve as escalation point for GTM people programs, working with COEs (Compensation, Legal, ER) on high-risk cases and compliance.
- Create high-fidelity strategic documentation (restructuring memos, executive proposals) leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Advanced degree (e.g., MA/MBA) a plus but not required
