Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of operators delivering customer tax credits
- Monitor and manage pipeline health, turnaround times, and quality metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES, DQ rates)
- Act as a player-coach during peaks to ensure delivery continuity and subject matter depth
- Run operational rhythm: meetings, check-ins, and cross-functional communications
- Partner with Ops, Product, Data, Compliance, and GTM teams to execute cross-functional initiatives
- Plan and execute high-volume seasonal and cyclical projects (amendments, substantiation reports)
- Design and implement process and tooling changes for efficiency, accuracy, and scale
- Aggregate and share customer insights to influence product and strategy
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field is a plus
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA) are beneficial but not required
