Responsibilities: Manage existing client relationships and develop new ones, achieve sales targets, present products, and maintain accurate pipeline forecasts.
Skills: Sales strategy development, customer relationship management, communication and presentation skills, time management, and proficiency in solution selling.
Qualifications: 4-6 years of related experience, strong sales skills, team-oriented with excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The Account Management team manages and nurtures business relationships with our customers. The team identifies customer needs, developing customized solutions and communicating regularly to build customer loyalty. This role is responsible for achieving company-designated sales targets and prospecting, qualifying, building relationships with new customers, and extending relationships with existing customers in the designated territory. Successful candidates will be proficient at qualifying leads, identifying decision-makers, determining customer needs, presenting and explaining the benefits of PowerSchool solutions, building strategic business plans, overcoming objections, and closing sales.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $55,800 - $72,600 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; specific geographic location; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
