Senior Account Executive, Northern CA + OR

Peregrine Technologies builds mission-driven public safety software used to serve millions of Americans. We partner closely with law enforcement agencies to design data-driven solutions that improve operations while protecting privacy and civil liberties. We are hiring a Senior Account Executive to grow our presence in Northern California and Oregon by driving new enterprise SaaS adoption in the public sector.

Skills

  • 5+ years field sales experience in enterprise software/SaaS, especially in data integration, analytics, or BI.
  • Proven track record closing net-new, complex SaaS accounts and consistently overachieving quota.
  • Experience selling into public sector B2G (required) with knowledge of procurement and contracting processes.
  • Ability to demo complex software platforms personally and confidently.
  • Strong negotiation skills for closing legal agreements and supporting onboarding.
  • Excellent executive-level communication, presentation, listening, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the law enforcement territory for Northern California and Oregon to exceed individual sales quotas.
  • Present and demo Peregrine’s platform, articulating product value to stakeholders from frontline officers to executives.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with public-sector buyers and influencers to understand needs and drive adoption.
  • Proactively build and manage a robust pipeline, qualifying and progressing multi-threaded opportunities to close.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (deployments, legal, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth deal execution and onboarding.
  • Develop creative, tailored solutions in partnership with internal advisors and law enforcement experts to win complex deals.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Relevant certifications in sales, public sector procurement, or technical areas are a plus.
