Skills: 10+ years of sales leadership in SaaS or enterprise software, strong communication and negotiation skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and understanding of the LAC market.
Qualifications: Proven success with multi-country teams, ability to lead complex sales cycles, and experience in ERP or HCM solutions preferred.
Location: Remote position, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States, with responsibilities across Latin America & Caribbean.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $180,000 - $250,000.

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Sales to lead the Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) region. This executive role is a key member of our global sales leadership team. You will be responsible for driving regional growth, leading a high-performing team of sales professionals, and expanding our footprint across the LAC market. This includes deep engagement with existing enterprise customers, accelerating cloud adoption, and capturing new market opportunities through strategic partnerships and consultative selling.
