Pros

Design office has a huge sample room so lots of the development process is happening in real time as opposed to overseas. The design team is laid out in an open concept so everyone works together as one big team. Large design team with a family environment. Overall great community and place to work.

Cons

A super fast-paced environment (which I think is great) you will never be bored here. You will always have something to do. But if you don’t like to work fast and be busy it will not be a good fit for you.
