Responsibilities: Manage a team of 6+ SDRs, conduct daily meetings, draft email content, analyze performance data, and coach team members to meet sales goals.
Skills: Experience with Gmail, MS Office, sales prospecting tools, and leadership skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
Qualifications: Proven expertise in sales techniques, time management, and organization skills. Experience overseeing a sales team is preferred.
