Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include managing customer opportunities, strategizing on renewals and upsells, conducting customer discovery, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate CRM documentation.
Skills: Required skills include experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), strong communication abilities, time management, customer service, and collaborative skills.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience, familiarity with IT security concepts, and previous sales or negotiation experience.
Location: This position is based in Clearwater, Florida, with opportunities for candidates in the greater Tampa Bay area.
