Specialist, Proposal Management

Transcarent and Accolade have combined to create a large, member-focused healthcare platform delivering personalized care experiences. The Specialist, Proposal Management will coordinate and lead RFP responses and sales enablement efforts, working cross-functionally to produce persuasive, timely proposals that support revenue and onboarding objectives.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years experience in RFP response, sales operations, or enablement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Project management and time management proficiency
  • Critical thinking and ability to support sales with measurable impact
  • Familiarity with healthcare, RFP software, and technical content
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Quick learner with enthusiasm for new technologies and AI tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead assigned proposals and manage multiple concurrent RFPs and deliverables
  • Collaborate with commercial teams, solutions owners, and subject matter experts to align responses with RFP objectives
  • Own the full proposal lifecycle: intake, coordination, review, and timely submission
  • Develop persuasive, revenue-driving content using clear, winning sales language
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to completion and support onboarding efforts
  • Leverage AI tools and RFP software to improve efficiency and streamline development
  • Communicate the company’s value proposition clearly in written responses
  • Support metrics, communications, and sales enablement activities

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Equivalent professional experience in proposal management or sales enablement accepted
