Not any at the momentAt Juniper Square, we have four employee resource groups (ERGs) to help our employees work together to create an environment that is safe, supportive, inclusive, and educational. Our ERGs support specific Underrepresented Persons (URPs) or Minorities who are our employees, offer resources, support, education, help for those communities within the broader company context, and sets up a path for our ERG to engage with external communities and non-profits.
