Responsibilities: Manage the complete sales cycle for retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and create new customer relationships.
Skills: 5-7 years of field sales experience, strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in CRM systems, and consultative sales skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in K12 education preferred, experience with Sales Engagement Platforms like Outreach or Highspot is a plus.
Location: United States, with preference for Northeast Ohio based candidates
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $80,000 - $120,000.

The Field Hybrid Partnership Manager (PM) is responsible for managing a defined geographic territory, both current and net new customers, and exceeding an individual sales quota. This position encompasses solution-based sales into the K-12 market and will be responsible for customer needs and increasing overall market share in their assigned territory. The PM will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle for all net new, retention, cross sell and up sell business opportunities within their assigned accounts. The PM will leverage the entire Edmentum product and services portfolio to meet customer needs. The PM will drive revenue growth across your territory, developing strategic account plans and executing to exceed targets.
