Skills: 1+ years in sales development, proficiency in CRM tools, self-motivation, and collaborative spirit with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Qualifications: Experience with complex sales cycles and a passion for education preferred. Comfort with ambiguity and relationship building is essential.
Location: This position is based in Austin, TX with a hybrid work model requiring in-office presence 1-3 days per week.
Compensation: $40000 - $80000 / Annually

In this role, you'll be on the front lines of our outbound lead generation motion — identifying prospects, testing messaging, and converting interest into qualified pipeline.
The SDR is a launchpad role, with high visibility and the possibility of real career progression. You’ll report to our Manager, Sales and partner closely with sales leadership to prospect into education institutions and build the foundation of our outreach program.

Base Compensation: $40,000; Target OTE: $80,000 (uncapped)
