Responsibilities: Responsibilities include hiring and training team members, managing sales processes, collaborating with marketing, and creating sales forecasts.
Skills: Candidates should have experience in coaching, relationship building, and proficiency with Salesforce.com and sales engagement tools.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include 5-8 years of sales experience with at least 2 years managing a team in a SaaS environment and a BA/BS degree or higher.
Location: This position is based in Denver, Colorado, and remote work is currently accommodated.
Compensation: $135000 - $165000 / Annually

Job Summary
This individual will lead one of Concept3D sales teams and directly drive growth for our core higher education vertical. This leader will coach and support our sales team to engage, qualify, educate and manage prospects through their buying process.
The sales leader will build and maintain a culture that inspires a sense of urgency, constant learning, and a strong sense of individual and team accountability. They will be responsible for hiring, training, developing, organizing and directing a high performing team of Account Executives.

The base salary range for this position is $135K - $165k base + $235-300k OTE. Final compensation for this role is determined by a variety of factors, such as a candidate’s relevant work experience and skills.
