GWC is looking for a Director of Individual Giving to lead and expand their individual giving program, focusing on relationship management and digital fundraising strategies.
Responsibilities: Manage email marketing campaigns, develop individual giving strategies, support executive donor stewardship, and collaborate on a fundraising plan to raise $3M via digital and individual giving.
Skills: Proven fundraising experience, strong relationship building, exceptional communication skills, and familiarity with donor management best practices.
Qualifications: 8 years of fundraising experience, success in donor moves management, and ability to work with senior leadership. Passion for diversity and inclusion in tech is essential.
Location: New York City; requires 2 in-office days per week.
Compensation: $112000 - $140000 / Annually
GWC is seeking an experienced Director of Individual Giving. The ideal candidate is a high-performing self-starter with proven experience in relationship management, knowledge of best practices regarding individual giving moves management and digital giving donor trends. The ideal candidate is excited about expanding our individual giving program, managing portfolios for the Chief Development Officer and Chief Executive Officer, and about growing fundraising through strategic digital efforts. They thrive on building relationships, and are comfortable using data to identify opportunities for growth. They have the capacity and skills to develop a mid-level donor strategy while managing executive level donor stewardship.
This position may oversee a seasonal email marketing manager to support major digital giving campaigns and end of year efforts. The ideal candidate is comfortable working autonomously toward goals while collaborating across teams. They will report to the Chief Development Officer.
Candidates must meet the requirement of our hybrid remote work policy, which requires 2 in-office days per week. This is not a virtual/fully remote position.
