Responsibilities: Develop and execute overall sales strategy, manage and develop remote/field sales teams, analyze sales data, and create accurate regional forecasts.
Skills: 10+ years in consultative sales, leadership experience, exceptional sales skills including strategic thinking and relationship building, and proficiency with CRM tools.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and knowledge of K-12 education processes preferred, along with experience in Salesforce.com and multilingual capabilities.
Location: Remote position, but candidates must be located near major airports in specified western US states, ideally California.
Compensation: $130000 - $150000 / Annually
