BagWorksNY (BWNY) is seeking a driven and strategic Sales Director to lead and grow our B2B sales efforts. This person will help expand our customer base among retailers, brands, and creative partners, while strengthening relationships with existing clients. You’ll sell both our stock and custom-printed bag products—helping businesses showcase their brands through high-quality, sustainable packaging—and play a key role in mentoring and developing junior sales talent as the team grows.

About the Role
We’re looking for a results-oriented sales leader who loves both strategy and hands-on selling. The Sales Director will prospect new business opportunities, nurture relationships with existing clients, and collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure seamless fulfillment and customer satisfaction. In addition to personal selling responsibilities, this person will coach, mentor, and develop junior sales representatives, helping to establish a strong, high-performing sales culture as BWNY continues to grow.
