Account Executive, Enterprise - South Central

Motive builds a unified platform that helps companies manage drivers, vehicles, equipment, and fleet spend—combining AI, hardware, and software to improve safety, productivity, and profitability. Motive is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to hunt and close new logos within the South Central territory, targeting large enterprises across transportation, construction, energy, manufacturing, agriculture, and other fleet-driven industries.

Skills

  • Proven enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Ability to build rapport and influence C-level and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong prospecting, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable presenting product integrations and technical solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven approach to territory planning and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close new enterprise accounts across the South Central territory (must reside in territory).
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships to win RFPs and expand contractual business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional account teams and technical resources to demonstrate integrations and product value.
  • Use customer analytics and market insight to drive consultative selling and optimize client buying decisions.
  • Plan and execute to consistently meet and exceed revenue quotas and OTE targets.
  • Collect market feedback and product insights to inform product and GTM iterations.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Relevant industry knowledge in fleet, logistics, or related heavy-asset industries is a plus.
