Senior Technical Recruiter

Monstro is a New York–headquartered AI-enhanced fintech building a global financial platform that delivers actionable insights across users' financial, legal, and tax lives. We are hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle technical hiring, build scalable recruiting systems, and partner with leadership to establish the company’s talent function and employer brand.

  • Advanced sourcing and passive candidate engagement
  • ATS configuration and recruiting operations (Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem etc.)
  • Recruiting analytics and metrics-driven hiring
  • Experience with AI recruiting tools and automation
  • Stakeholder management and interview design
  • Compensation benchmarking and offer strategy

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting across engineering, AI/ML, infrastructure, data, architecture, product, and selected non-technical roles
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage passive, top-tier candidates
  • Build and maintain talent maps and market intelligence to anticipate hiring needs
  • Manage candidate lifecycle from outreach to offer, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
  • Design and implement recruiting infrastructure: ATS configuration, automations, templates, and dashboards
  • Drive RecOps initiatives including interview calibration, compensation frameworks, and offer standardization
  • Track hiring metrics and optimize funnel efficiency and conversion rates
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to increase throughput and reduce manual work
  • Collaborate with Head of Talent and leadership to refine hiring priorities, processes, and people programs
  • Create playbooks and documentation to enable repeatable, scalable hiring and onboarding

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • HR/recruiting certifications or coursework (preferred, not required)
