The Talent Engagement Specialist is a vital operational role, responsible for leading the execution of the full-cycle recruiting process and ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for all candidates up to their New Hire Orientation. This role serves as the primary driver for high-volume talent acquisition, partnering with hiring managers to ensure we hire the best qualified candidates while expertly managing and recruiting for multiple hiring managers and balancing competing priorities. The Specialist provides essential, hands-on administrative support to the HR Manager and HR team as needed, ensuring efficient departmental operations in our collaborative and fast-paced environment.
