Responsibilities
- Build relationships with executive stakeholders and collaborate throughout the hiring process
- Partner with the G&A Recruiting Coordinator and Lead G&A Recruiter to grow teams across finance, accounting, corporate development, legal and real estate/workplace
- Source active and passive candidates using multiple platforms and channels
- Present Verkada and role value propositions to candidates convincingly
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: screening, interview coordination, offer delivery and closing
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and manage interview schedules
- Track and document candidate communications and activity in the ATS
- Prioritize multiple requisitions in a fast-paced startup environment
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field preferred
